Terms and Conditions – z444 Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of z444 and all services offered through it, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games and bingo. The terms form a binding agreement between you and z444. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you accept these terms without reservation.

z444 may update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are an active user.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference. All three documents together describe your rights and obligations as a z444 user.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

z444 is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register, deposit, or use any feature of the platform. Age verification may be requested at any point during your use of the platform.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or any commercial entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on this platform.
• The funds you use for deposits belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on z444. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same email address, phone number, payment method, device or IP address — are not permitted and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. z444 staff will never ask you for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must keep your personal details current; update your account if anything changes.
• z444 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on z444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani users. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and a range of mobile wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. z444 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or to one registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding identity verification request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal — refer to the Bonuses section below.
• z444 reserves the right to perform anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks before processing any withdrawal.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on z444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. These rules are accessible within each betting market. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

Bets are only accepted when the platform has confirmed receipt. If you experience a technical issue during placement, the bet will not be active unless you have received a confirmation. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of a pre-submission betting slip do not constitute a confirmed bet.

• z444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started, where the relevant market was incorrectly listed as pre-match.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent abuse of live scores. z444 may void in-play bets if there is strong evidence they were placed after the relevant outcome was known.
• Bets placed on suspended, postponed or cancelled events will be voided and the stake returned to your account, unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and may differ by sport. PSL and international cricket markets carry their own stated maximum payouts.
• z444 reserves the right to limit the size of bets for individual users where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

z444 offers welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing players, free spins on slot games, and odds boosts during major cricket and PSL events. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion page and must be read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered PKR 5,000 before withdrawal.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire automatically.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• z444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including multiple accounts, coordinated group exploitation or systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

z444 provides tools to help you manage your betting activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion. All tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings and take effect immediately when set.

Deposit limits can be reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit will take effect after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. Self-exclusion disables your account for the chosen period and cannot be reversed during the active term.

• Betting should remain recreational. If it is affecting your finances, mental health or relationships, use the self-exclusion tool or speak with a trusted person.
• Do not chase losses. Each bet is independent, and no betting strategy guarantees a profit.
• Set a budget before you start and stick to it. Only bet amounts you are comfortable losing entirely.
• z444 will not offer inducements to a player who has set a self-exclusion or requested a cooling-off period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on z444 and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent a ban or self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of an event.
• Using the platform to launder funds or process transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes or providing false documentation during verification.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at z444 staff or other users.
• Any conduct intended to defraud z444 or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

z444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that these terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account represents a risk to the platform or other users.

When an account is suspended, pending bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless they relate to a suspected breach. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file after any investigation is complete.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets and withdrawal requests will be settled before the closure is finalised.

10. Limitation of Liability

z444 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or network issues may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, z444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue or opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical errors that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed in time for a market close.
• Bets placed or transactions initiated during a period when terms were clearly displayed as under update.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

z444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and communicate relevant platform updates.

z444 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud-prevention services as necessary for platform operation. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

z444 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may notify registered users by email or through an in-platform notification.

If you continue to use z444 after changes are posted, you are confirming acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any revision, your option is to close your account before the changes take effect.
